Our online doctors are available for video consultations from 8am - midnight daily for any medical queries, fast-track specialist referrals or medicine refills.
Can I Cancel or Schedule My Telemedicine or Doctor Video Consultation After Booking?
You can cancel your telemedicine appointment. However, there may be cancellation fees charged to your account.

Is There Anything I Need to Prepare Prior to My Telemedicine Online Doctor Consultation?
Please make sure that you have the Speedoc app installed on your smartphone and stable internet connection for the video consultation. In addition, please have your NRIC at hand or uploaded on the app as you will need to present it at the start of the online video consultation for verification.
If I Miss my Telemedicine Appointment, Will I Get Charged?
Yes. If you miss your appointment, you will be charged the full amount. If you need to cancel or reschedule your online doctor consultation booking, please contact our Patient Care Team in advance at +65 8180 8948.
Can Speedoc Online Doctors Issue MCs via Telemedicine?
Absolutely, please raise this during your video consultation. Our online doctor will determine if an MC is clinically appropriate and prepare everything for you.

Speedoc telemedicine service is suitable for mild to moderate symptoms, as well as follow-up consultations for chronic conditions, acute and urgent care. How Much Does a Speedoc Telemedicine or Online Doctor Consultation Cost?
Speedoc online doctor consultation starts from S$20 per session for the first 30 minutes. We offer a free same-day medicine delivery after consultation if needed.
If your condition requires a same-day follow-up house call doctor consultation in your home after your video consultation, the cost of your teleconsultation will be waived.
Who are Speedoc House Call Doctors?
All of the Speedoc house call doctors are Singapore-licensed and registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
Is Consulting a Doctor Online via Telemedicine Safe?
Yes. Speedoc online doctor video consultations are conducted through our app where we ensure no third-party will have access to your personal, medical or payment information.
In addition to that, Speedoc is part of the Ministry of Health Singapore’s (MOH) regulatory sandbox for telemedicine providers. Telemedicine was launched as the first initiative under the Licensing Experimentation and Adaptation Programme (LEAP) to support innovation while delivering care that prioritises patient safety and welfare.
What Can I Do if I Get Disconnected During the Online Doctor Consultation?
Once you have been reconnected to a stable internet connection, simply log back into your Speedoc app and enter the video consultation room as long as it is within the time limit.
