Please make sure that you have the Speedoc app installed on your smartphone and stable internet connection for the video consultation. In addition, please have your NRIC at hand or uploaded on the app as you will need to present it at the start of the online video consultation for verification.
Yes. Speedoc online doctor video consultations are conducted through our app where we ensure no third-party will have access to your personal, medical or payment information.
In addition to that, Speedoc is part of the Ministry of Health Singapore’s (MOH) regulatory sandbox for telemedicine providers. Telemedicine was launched as the first initiative under the Licensing Experimentation and Adaptation Programme (LEAP) to support innovation while delivering care that prioritises patient safety and welfare.
Speedoc telemedicine service is suitable for mild to moderate symptoms, as well as follow-up consultations for chronic conditions, acute and urgent care. Speedoc online doctor consultation starts from S$20 per session for the first 30 minutes. We offer a free same-day medicine delivery after consultation if needed.
