What is the Supervised Tele-ART service?
Speedoc's Tele-ART eliminates the need to travel to a Quick Test Centre or GP for a supervised swab. It allows you to carry out your supervised Tele-ART swab via Video Consultation from the comfort and privacy of your home.
Who is suitable for Supervised Tele-ART?
Individuals who require ART test(s) for pre-event or pre-departure testing* and travellers who are returning to Singapore. Individuals who are seeking valid and recognised Supervised Tele-ART results that will be valid for 24 hours prior to visiting nightclubs or other nightlife destinations.

What can I expect during my Supervised Tele-ART?
During your Supervised Tele-ART, your swab supervisor will provide consultation and real-time remote supervision to supervise your swab test. Speedoc will help you to submit your ART result so it will be reflected on your TraceTogether and HealthHub apps automatically. You will not require a notarised memo prior to participating in nightlife activities such as visiting a nightclub. For travel, a notarised memo can be easily requested during the booking process.

What if my Supervised Tele-ART result is positive?
For general public: If your supervised Tele-ART swab result is positive, follow the instructions here.

For VTL travellers: If your supervised Tele-ART swab result is positive, a confirmatory PCR test will be required to confirm your infection status. Kindly follow MOH’s instructions in the Testing Notice which will be sent via SMS, and book an appointment for your PCR test.
What time can I schedule my supervised swab test?
Our Tele-ART service is available from 9am-9pm on weekdays and weekends. You may make advance Tele-ART bookings or near-immediate bookings (subject to service availability).
Can Speedoc’s Supervised Tele-ART be used for pre-departure testing?
[As of 5 Apr 2022] We can provide Supervised Tele-ARTs for all travellers* who are flying into Singapore from any country.

Do note that travellers are responsible for complying with the regulations and other local requirements from the country or region you will be departing from.

How should I prepare for my Supervised Tele-ART?
To prepare for your Tele-ART session:

- Ensure that you have at least 2 unopened, HSA-approved ART kits
- Ensure that your phone camera remains switched on throughout the entire duration of the self-swab
- The Tele-ART session may be conducted in a group but you will only be able to communicate with your swab supervisor to maintain privacy
- Prepare your IC or passport for identification
- Place the test kit on a flat surface and arrange the swab and solutions in front of the camera at all times
- Do not open your test kit until you are told to do so
- The Tele-ART session will be recorded for documentation and verification purposes
How long is each Tele-ART session?
The Tele-ART session will take up to 30 minutes. Do ensure your ART kit remains in view throughout the session unless you are otherwise informed by the assigned supervisor.
How will I receive my supervised swab results after the Tele-ART?
Your Tele-ART results will be sent via SMS/email within 4 hours of your consultation and will be reflected in your TraceTogether app.
What if my Supervised Tele-ART result is invalid?
If your Tele-ARt test result is in valid, you will need to make another booking for a re-test should you wish to obtain a conclusive result.
